Store Policy

All sale items and panties are final - no returns.  All regularly priced items that need to be returned, can be replaced with another size, and the customer will pay the additional shipping costs.  If regularly priced items are returned, a store credit will be issued to be used later, no refunds will be issued.

Shipping Policy: All items 'in stock' will ship same day or next day. If items are not in stock, you will be notified immediately that the items can be special ordered, and you will be notified of shipping details at that time. Please note, this delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Many of our items ship from Europe.
